Registration is $80 per Player

Tournament format is 4-Player 18 Hole Scramble with an 8:30 AM Shotgun Start. There will be coffee and donuts in the morning and lunch catered at the end. You may download the registration form here (Microsoft Word) or complete the online PDF registration form to the left. It will automatically fill in the fields and allow you to print your registration form online.
